PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ALL AUCTIONS!

Auction uses a soft closed format, or bidding extension:

- If a lot receives a bid within the last 10 min. it will remain open for an additional 10 min.

- If any further bidding occurs, the extension timer will reset to 10 min.

- If no further bidding activity occurs, the lot closes when the timer runs out.If a bid is placed within the last five (5) minutes,   that lot will be extended for another.  This will continue until all bidding is ceased.

Please remember to provide a current email address and phone number during the registration process as you will be contacted if your bid is successful.

Items/Property sold AS IS. Owner makes no warranties of any kind expressed or implied. 

All information was derived from sourced believed correct, but is not guaranteed.  Interested parties are encouraged to arrange inspection/viewing of the premises/property.  Buyer shall relay entirely on their own information and inspection of the site.  

Any items can be added or deleted at the discretion of the auctioneer.

No liability for accuracy, errors or omissions are assumed by the sellers or the real estate auctioneer.

Bidders agree to be responsible for full payment of any purchases associated with the given bid number.

Auction Details:

1. Estate of Art Griffith - Timed to Live Auction - April 24th-April 27th, 2024.

Timed Begins Online on Wednesday, April 24th, 2024 at 9:00 am DST and goes Live on Saturday, April 27th, 2024 at 10:00 am DST at the Swan Valley Museum, Hwy 10 N, Swan River.

Buyers premium of 10% up to a maximum of $1000 per lotted item. Applicable taxes will be added to final invoice.

VIEWING: Items can be viewed on Wednesday, April 24th from 5:00-7:00 pm and Friday, April 26th, from 5:00-7:00 pm, at the Swan Valley Museum,, Hwy 10 N, Swan River - Watch for Signs! For off-site items please contact Scott at (204) 734-0210 or Sheldon at (403) 318-3540. Removal of off-site items by August 15th, 2024.

PAYMENT AND PICKUP:  Payment Options: Cash, Cheque or Etransfer.  Please arrange for payment and  pickup of items on live sale day, Saturday, April 27th at Swan Valley Museum, Hwy 10 N, Swan River. This is a rented facility and all items must be removed.

2. Swan Valley Sport Fishing Enhancement Fundraiser Timed Auction - Begins Monday, April 29th 2024 at 9:00 am CDT and closes Monday, May 6th, 2024 at 6:00 pm CDT.
